Anastasia joined Rappi from DoorDash, where she was Director of Customer Experience driving personalized automated and proactive strategies as well as Voice of the Customer. Before DoorDash, Anastasia was creating loyalty and growth strategies as a management consultant. Anastasia is also an advisor to several startups specializing on communication and eduction and which defined Customer Experience as their core value.
